Martin o Neill

According to Sky Sports News: West Ham are preparing to sack manager Avram Grant, and will be replaced by former Aston Villa boss Martin O’Neill on Saturday – to London.
The network quoted unnamed sources as saying the grant would be ruled out regardless of the outcome of a club match against Arsenal in later on Saturday, following the initiation of Hammers’ bad this season.
Despite the decline in West Ham to the bottom of the Premier League in recent weeks, it was believed that the grant has eased some of the pressures surrounding his position after losing only one game in the last seven games.
However, speculation has suggested this week that have been lined up O’Neal, who surprisingly resigned from Aston Villa on the eve of the season, to replace the Israeli coach, who was appointed in a deal for four years last June.
Bookmakers late on Friday to reduce the likelihood of O’Neill to become the next manager at Upton Park, and one with the reduction of prices on Thursday’s 20-1 2-1.
On Friday refused to grant that can be drawn on speculation, and was insistent and focused only on ensuring the survival of West Ham in the Premier League.
“I do not care. I have a job here and I have to focus on that. I like to see the club. It’s great, great challenge,” he said.
“We have made progress on the football, and we are at the bottom but we are not worse than any of the seven teams out there.
“We’re two points from the center 14, and I think we are doing the right things. I do not think we will be at the bottom end of the season, and if I thought I would not be here.
